The registration fee for property transfers and condominiums has been reduced from 2% of the appraised value to 0.01%, and the mortgage registration fee has been reduced from 1% of the mortgage value to 0.01%. This will significantly reduce costs for buyers. Furthermore, Pruksa has partnered with leading financial institutions to offer special interest rates for customers. With these supportive factors, customers will receive multiple benefits, making it a golden opportunity for those seeking quality housing at a great price. This campaign includes ready-to-move-in homes from all brands within the Pruksa group, both in Bangkok and provinces, with prices starting from 1.2 to 19 million baht.
